Referral Program Details:

Please submit the following to referrals@actiontelecomm.net:

·         Referral’s name, title, phone number, and email address.

·         You name, phone number, and email address.

*Qualifying referrals:

·         Must be a small to medium sized business contact who is willing to talk to us about our services. 

o   We will attempt to contact your referral at least 3 times, and we will wait at least 2 weeks from the initial contact; if we are unable to connect with your referral within those guidelines, we will consider the referral to be disqualified.  If, however, we are able to connect with your referral thereafter, we will reinstate the referral as qualified if the response happens within a year of the initial contact date.

·         Referrals will be qualified on a “first come, first serve” basis, in other words, if we already have the referral you are submitting, it does not qualify. 

o   This includes previous referrals from others.

o   This includes existing customers and contacts of Action Telecommunications.

o   We will do our best to communicate with you when you are not the first person to refer your contact.

·         The $10 gift certificate will be sent after we have connected with your referral; regardless of whether your referral becomes a customer.

·         The raffle will be held with all qualified referrals. 

o   You will have one entry for every qualified referral you submit. 

o   If the referral becomes qualified within one year of initial contact, then you will be entered for the raffle that is current to the timing of the qualification.

**Qualifying New Equipment Sale:

In order to be considered a qualified new equipment sale, your referral must either purchase a new phone system OR $2500 of Avaya phone equipment

·         The installation of the new equipment must occur within one year of the initial contact date. 

·         The new equipment sale bonus will be paid out after the installation of the new equipment is complete.

·         You only qualify for the $75 gift certificate once per referral.
